Patricia Y. C. Davis Story
Living A Real Life While On My Healing Journey is MY LIFE!
There is not a day that goes by for the last 28 yrs. that I have not had to live this
unmasking, identifying, coming to terms with & working through my issues life! As a
daddy-less daughter of childhood abuse & family secrets my day of reckoning came. At the pure age of 19 at GA Southern University my path of inner healing & wholeness began! Today I continue that journey as I help others.
As an aspiring spirit, soul and body Coach, Patricia served in the Mental Health/Social Service & Prison Ministry fields for over 21 years collectively. As a Coordinator, Case Manager, Teacher, Group Leader and Life Skills Instructor in the Adult Out-Patient Peer Support Program and a host of other areas. The population she served: individuals diagnosed with Mental Illness, Substance Abuse and Developmental Disabilities.
Her career in Mental Health began in September of 1996 in Child, Adolescent & Family Therapy Services where she was trained by Dr.’s and Licensed Therapist in co-therapy and community support services. She was assigned to coordinate & teach life skills, empowerment & prevention groups for at-risk youth and their families.
Since then Real Life Healed Life Community Support Services Inc. was founded and Coach Trish is presently working fervently to launch her own 501c3 Life Empowerment Center offering identity empowerment education and raising up emerging leaders. Patricia believes emphatically in breaking harmful cycles of abuse & trauma which were apart of her own personal experience that brought forth some of the strongest principles used in saving her very own life as she faced death twice from a crippling stomach disorder known as Crohn’s disease along with overcoming family secrets & childhood sexual abuse.
